Absolutely! A highlight of the tour is a visit to Santa Claus’ official office in Santa’s Village. You’ll have the chance to meet Santa himself and take personal photos. Professional photos are available for purchase directly at the office.
Dress warmly! You’ll be outdoors for much of the tour. We recommend wearing thermal underwear, a fleece or wool mid-layer, a winter jacket and pants, a warm hat, gloves or mittens, and insulated boots. Temperatures can be cold, especially in December and January.
Yes, this tour is designed especially with families in mind! It’s an easy-paced, fun-filled experience perfect for guests of all ages. However, the minimum recommended age is 3 years old, as younger children may find the cold outdoor conditions uncomfortable, especially during the reindeer and husky sleigh rides. Children will love meeting Santa, exploring the village, and enjoying gentle Arctic adventures - all in a safe and guided setting
Please be on time! Our tours follow a strict schedule, and if you miss the hotel pick-up, you will not be able to join later. Arriving separately by taxi or private car is usually not possible, as it may disrupt the program and group safety. Plan ahead — we appreciate your understanding.
The reindeer ride is about 500 meters and offers a peaceful glide through a snowy trail. The husky ride is 1–2 kilometers (depending on snow conditions) and provides an exciting, authentic experience with our energetic huskies. Both rides are guided and fully safe for children and adults alike.
Yes! You’ll have time to explore the many gift shops in Santa Claus Village. The area offers one of the best selections of local souvenirs in Rovaniemi - including Marttiini knives, Marimekko, Iittala, Pentik, and handmade crafts from Lapland.
