ABOUT THIS TOUR
For those who always wanted to meet Santa Claus, we have good news! Now you can come to Lapland Christmas village, the official town of Santa Claus and meet the man himself. Have a little chat with Santa, take photos and tell him your Christmas' wishes. Located in the beautiful town of Rovaniemi in Lapland, this official Santa Village is open all year round. That means that with us you can have a unique Christmas experience any time of the year.
This is a perfect family excursion your kids will absolutely love. In Santa Claus holiday village you can ride a snowmobile, go on a husky or a reindeer ride, and shop for gifts. We will also take you to the Santa's House of Snowmobiles, where you can see the permanent exhibition of most popular snowmobiles of Lapland.
When it comes to getting there, forget about the sleigh ride, or a bus, as we will pick you up in a cozy minivan and take you to magical Santa Claus village of Rovaniemi. The ride takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Once we get there our friendly guide will tell you more about the village and share with you the best things to do in Lapland. What sets us apart is that we limit our groups to 8 persons only. We insist on small private groups so we could help you have an intimate authentic experience with friends and family.
Send your friends original cards from Santa's post office using a special Arctic Circle postmark not available anywhere else in the world. With a help of Santa's elves write your friends best wishes and share the Lapland holiday cheer any time of the year. Santa's elves work with Finland's national postal service, so you can be sure that your friends will receive the postcards.
On top of that, we will take you to a special ceremony of the Arctic Circle crossing. The Arctic Circle runs through Rovaniemi and you can cross it right there in Santa’s Village. The legend says that Arctic Circle is a stress-free zone and that the northern you go the happier you become. The fun part is getting the certificate of the crossing.
GALLERY

Santa Claus is always good. Sometimes he has to be strict, but he is always fair.

Hundreds of thousands of people of all ages from every corner of the globe have visited the world’s nicest man at his Office.

Does Santa Claus have a family? -Of course! Everyone in the world is his family. Adults and children are equally precious to him.

The best gifts, in Santa Claus’ opinion, are the happy smiles of children and the joyful look in their eyes.

Santa Claus has a big book entitled Chimneys of the World. It is important to know how to get down them, and that is Santa’s specialty.

Santa wants to help the children of the world and to teach everyone how to care for one another.

Santa Claus is everyone’s friend and treats all humans and animals equally.

Santa Claus Office, located at the heart of the Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi in Finland, has been open every single day of the year since 1992.

FAQ
(See all questions and answers here)A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. If you think you have made a booking and have not received an email confirmation, please send us an e-mail with an inquiry through our contact form, and we will figure this out together.
You can pay through the internet, through our website. This is by far the easiest, safest and fastest way to reserve and pay for your adventure. You will receive a voucher as a confirmation via e-mail which you will need to bring with you for your trip. You will always get a voucher by email: REMEMBER TO PRINT IT OUT AND BRING IT ALONG OR MAKE SURE THAT YOU CAN SHOW IT ON YOUR ELECTRONIC DEVICE!
There are a few different ways you can book our trips. First of all, you can book almost all our trips right here on our website. There is a booking window on each tour page and we do recommend that you book and pay for your trip there, preferably in good time as we keep our groups small and some tours tend to sell out.
If the trip you would like to book is not bookable online, you can call or email our office directly, the phone number is +358 40 744 2567. Another way is to send us an e-mail with an inquiry through our contact form. What we need to have is your name, how many people are in your party, where you are staying, a way of contacting you either an e-mail or a phone number and what tour you are trying to book.
This is a nice question. We ask all participants to be ready from the start of the pickup time indicated in the voucher. Please be at your assigned location at the start time that you chose when booking the tour.
Here you should wait for your guide. Have your email and phone number listed with us so we can contact you if we run into any trouble finding you.
Most of our tours (please see specifications under each tour) include transfers from accommodation in Rovaniemi city area. It is included in the adventure price. Transfers from accommodation places located further out from the city (for example Arctic Snow Hotel, Apukka Resort, Arctic Circle Wilderness Lodge Resort) can be arranged at an additional cost.
The pick up is usually 5-20 min before the start of the safari (time in your voucher). Transportation back is immediately after the end of the safari.
We try to provide exact pickup time one day before the start of the tour by email or text message/whats-app, which is why it is important that you provide your valid email and phone number when booking a tour.
